Member

An SASE Member candidate can be either:

• 1. undergraduate, graduate students, phd from the colleges and universities, specializing in science and engineering, can apply for the Student Membership.
• 2. Anyone who is interested in SASE society can apply for the Ordinary Membership.

Senior Member

A SASE Senior Member candidate can be either:

• 1. A professional title of associate professor or above.
  
• 2. Obtained a doctoral-level degree.
  
• 3. Significant performance in SASE-designated field for at least 2 years, or 5 years professional practice.

*A senior member can be invited to join SASE editorial board, to review papers, to be a session chair, or invited speaker, etc.

Fellow

The grade of SASE Fellow recognizes exemplary performance in the profession and is an invitation-only honor granted by the Board of Directors for outstanding achievement in the engineering field. Members with important accomplishments that contribute to the advancement of SASE engineering field and by connection, are valuable to society at large will be considered for this prestigious award.

Fellow candidate needs to meet the following requirement:

• 1. A professional title of Full professor.
• 2. The candidate shall hold Senior Member grade at the time when the nomination is submitted.
• 3. Significant contributions to the science&engineering field, or society.

*SASE Fellow will be invited to join the editorial boards, invited as keynote speaker, conference chair, session chair, international conference/chapter ambassador, etc.

Membership Application Process

1. Download and fill out Membership Application Form.

2. Attach your ①curriculum vitae ②Membership Application Form send to membership@ase-society.org.

3. Waiting for SASE Membership Acceptance Letter. Once your application is received, you will receive notification of the results within a week.
